Version 7.2

  • Sync expense accounts and COGS always - requires VTSync 4.0.23+
  • Accrual 'Effective Date' to prevent automatic Jan 1 rollover, ability to display in hours vs days, Time Accrual report shows period counts
  • Text timecard export adds Billable column
  • Allow $0 expense reports - for non-reimbursable non-billable
  • Custom/Text time/payroll export adds base rate and multiplier columns

Version 5.1

  • Browser back was causing cache expire (from 5.0)
  • Calendar week numbers now follow the ISO standard

Version 5.0
  • New look and feel, including a new name: 'Virtual Time+Expense' (formerly 'Virtual Timecard')
  • Technology upgrade: designed for Web 2.0
  • Error handling no longer requires browser-back: all errors are shown in the top of the page without affecting the data entry fields on the screen. This affects time & expense entry, reports, and admin.
  • Session timeout fixed: no longer do you get logged out for inactivity and lose your data - you will now be prompted for your password and allowed to continue on the same screen
  • Reports enhanced: you can change the parameters while viewing the last report data, without requiring browser-back
  • Day to day use and workflow of data should remain the same
